"This is an absolute Gem. I almost want to keep it my secret ! Thee best Gelato I have ever tasted. Every flavour has been delicious and authentic. My family and I have been numerous times since its opening and every time we are blown away. We are not local, We make a special trip just for this gelato, that’s how good it is. I love coconut and the cherry Bakewell. Hubs loves the pistachio, eldest is a sorbet lover and youngest just adores the milkshakes. This weekend we treated ourselves to a selection box. It was perfectly packaged and it lasted perfectly during the car ride home. I’ve added a pic from when I enjoyed it later in the evening. Thank you Lucas Gelato. Can’t wait for my next visit ( tomorrow )"

"The most amazing ice cream ever! Literally better then the gelato I've had in Italy! My personal fave is the Triffle ice cream! Insane want to eat it every day! Very good value for money. As they work so hard!"

"Visited Lucas today for a delicious latte and some amazing Gelato, I had the Christmas Baileys Gelato and a scoop of Aero mint chocolate chip. Staff were amazing and chatty. Lovely cosy cafe, clean and warm. Worth the trip from Nantwich."

"Lucas gelato was an amazing experience start to finish. The flavours don’t only look incredible but also taste incredible too! I went with the Cherry and Ferrero Rocher and I have to say it was the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The staff are so lovely too. By far the best ice cream bar in all of Chester! Definitely a must visit."

"Such delicious Ice cream and lovely service from the staff. They also do coffee and hot chocolate, milkshake and sundaes but I've not tried those yet. So many flavours of ice cream it's difficult to decide what to choose. It's a wonderful addition to the shops in Hoole and I am sure we will be here again and again."
